There are two demographics from which the information is collected, one is the “User Group”, which mainly includes the teachers, principal and admin of the portal, and the other is the “Target Group”, which mainly includes the special children/students (children with intellectual disabilities) and their parents. The information collected from both groups is mentioned hereunder:
a. User Group: When you use PunarjjaniTM, the following information is collected from you at various stages – School Name, School Address, Applicant Name, Designation, contact number, email ID, Principal’s/Teacher’s Name, designation, and Email ID.
b. Target Group: When you register the special children and their parents to the portal, the information may be collected in the case file, which would include all the details, as per the policies and requirements of the schools and organisations involved.

Collection of Other Data: When you use PunarjjaniTM, we gather and store your other data as well, which you may provide occasionally. We aim to give you protected, productive, smooth and modified insight. This permits us to offer types of assistance and elements that address your issues and to tweak our Site to make your experience more secure and simpler. We may also automatically collect certain information about you based on how you use our Website to compile and analyse this data. This information may include your IP address, computer browser information, the URL you just came from (whether or not this URL is on our Website), and the URL you go to next (whether or not this URL is on our Website).

b. The information collected in Clause 1 may also be used to generate digital records/profiles/certificates for the participation of the special children in various activities and upon completion of reports/activities/tasks, and for facilitating the downloading of the certificate.
c. The cumulative statistical information collected may also be used for generating reports, heat maps and other statistical visualisations to draw insights about the children with ID.
d. PunarjjaniTM is audited by auditors engaged by Digital India Corporation as and when required, for the security and scalability of the system.
e. PunarjjaniTM may also take feedback about system performance and beneficiary experience.

We collect and analyse demographic and profile information about our users to enhance our product and service offerings. Your IP address is used by us to administer our Website and assist in server troubleshooting. Additionally, your IP address is used to identify you and gather broad demographic data.

We might unveil individual data whenever expected to do so by regulation or in the completely honest conviction that such exposure is sensibly important to answer the summons, court orders or other legitimate cycles as per the jurisdiction of India.

4. RIGHTS

a. As a registered user, you have the right to access your profile at any time to add, remove or modify any registration information that you have supplied.
b. You cannot manage the communications that you receive from us or how you receive them. If you no longer wish to use PunarjjaniTM, you are free to delete your registration details at the discretion of the school you are associated with.

5. DATA SECURITY

PunarjjaniTM portal has reasonable security measures and safeguards in place to protect your privacy and Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction, and alteration of the information in compliance with applicable laws. Further, whenever you change or access your account on the Platform or any information relating to it, we offer the use of a secure server. It is further clarified that You have and so long as You access and/or use the Platform (directly or indirectly) the obligation to ensure that You shall at all times, take adequate physical, managerial, and technical safeguards, at your end, to preserve the integrity and security of your data which shall include and not be limited to your Personal Information.
